Flash the pre-compiled HA Volume Knob firmware to your Waveshare ESP32-S3 Knob Display (JC3636W518V2). This will write the bootloader, partition table, and application firmware.
Write WiFi credentials and Home Assistant connection settings to the device's NVS flash. The device must be flashed first (or already have firmware installed).
Read serial output from the device after flashing. Opens the port in plain serial mode — disconnect from ESP flash mode first if connected.
